# Protocolo para acompanhamento externo

1\) Botão "**Gerar Protocolo**": 

Esta funcionalidade permite que um usuário externo consiga acompanhar o andamento de um documento/processo por meio da visualização das peças ou documentos juntados ao mesmo. 

Este botão estará disponível na tela de consulta do documento/process, caso o mesmo esteja em andamento:

Ao se clicar no botão "**Gerar Protocolo**", aparecerá a tela abaixo, com o link para consulta ao andamento do documento:&#x20;

Ao copiar o endereço do link e colá-lo no navegador o usuário externo passa a ter acesso aos andamentos do documento/processo.&#x20;

Ao se clicar em "**Autenticar**" é mostrada a movimentação do expediente, bem como são listados os documentos juntados ao expediente/processo principal, conforme demonstrado abaixo:

2\) Link "**Disponibilizar no Acompanhamento do Protocolo**":

Este link localiza-se ao lado da descrição dos documentos juntados ao documento/processo principal que se quer liberar para acompanhamento externo:

O link "**Disponibilizar no Acompanhamento do Protocolo**" possibilita que o conteúdo de um  documento seja disponibilizado na tela da lista de movimentações por meio do botão "**Ver**", conforme figura abaixo. Inicialmente, ao colocar o mouse sobre o botão "**Ver**", é aberta uma janela modal com o teor reduzido do documento.&#x20;

O mesmo botão "**Ver**", quando clicado novamente, abre uma nova janela mostrando o teor completo do documento.
